Location: Albany, NY, United States
Hourly Rate: $16.00 – $23.18 per hour (based on job, location, and schedule).
Job Overview: As a Customer Experience Colleague, you will create exceptional, personalized shopping experiences for our customers. You’ll prioritize customer satisfaction by actively engaging with shoppers across all touchpoints—both in‑store and online—and drive cross‑category sales to support overall business goals. With a deep understanding of fashion, fit, and function, you’ll make tailored product recommendations and leverage digital tools to enhance the customer journey.
You will also collaborate with peers, store leaders, and brand partners to identify opportunities, resolve challenges, and elevate the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage customers across all touchpoints, providing personalized assistance and product recommendations.
- Drive cross‑category sales and meet daily sales goal challenges.
- Leverage digital tools and social media outreach to build client relationships.
- Maintain floor readiness, merchandise setup, and event execution, including opening and closing procedures.
- Collaborate with peers and store leaders to identify opportunities, resolve challenges, and support operational excellence.
- Begin each day prepared and maintain a clean, organized sales floor for customer engagement.
- Finish each shift by sharing loyalty benefits, thanking customers, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Support team members with honesty, care, and collaboration.
Who You Are (Qualifications):
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays with dependable attendance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with customers, coworkers, and supervisors.
- Ability to read and understand employment policies and safety procedures in English.
- Experience communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to acquire new customers through opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits.
- Previous selling or customer experience experience (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Resourceful, adaptable, and able to work both independently and within a team.
- Comfortable handling electronic devices and processing register transactions.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and a drive to improve daily performance.

Physical Requirements:
- Talking, lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands.
- Standing for extended periods, lifting up to 25 lbs., stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
- Good visual acuity, color vision, and depth perception.
- Frequent use of computers, handheld equipment, and cash registers for processing transactions.
