7-Eleven is seeking an Area Leader Trainee – Retail Sales to oversee 12–14 stores and train staff to deliver exceptional service. The program lasts ~12 months and leads to a key operations role within growth paths.
Ideal candidates bring a four-year degree or 5+ years of district/regional retail leadership, plus a valid driver's license and the ability to drive multi-store operations while promoting profits and customer excellence.
