Store Associate - Overnight

Retail Overnight Store Associate plays a meaningful role within the CVS Health family. The position provides an opportunity to excel in a growing, high‑impact, customer‑focused role, working independently and as part of a team, to positively impact the lives of others in a leading retail setting.

• Providing differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs, demonstrating compassion and care, and actively resolving potential issues.
• Greeting customers warmly, maintaining eye contact, and offering help locating additional items.
• Accurately performing cashier duties—handling cash, checks, and credit cards with precision while following company policies and procedures.
• Maintaining the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, updating pricing information, and completing inventory tasks as directed.
• Supporting opening and closing store activities when needed.
• Providing customer support to all departments, including photo and beauty, ensuring they are fully stocked and operational.
• Assisting pharmacy personnel when needed, including working regular pharmacy shifts as part of growth opportunities.
• Embracing and advocating for new CVS services and loyalty programs that support our purpose of helping people on their path to better health.

• At least 16 years of age.
• Physical ability to remain upright and on feet for sustained periods.
• Lifting 35 lbs of force occasionally, 10 lbs frequently, and a negligible amount regularly, including overhead lifting.
• Close visual acuity for tasks such as viewing a computer terminal and reading small details.

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting.
• High School diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).

Anticipated weekly hours: 29hours. Time type:
Part time. Pay range: $17.00–$24.00 per hour, dependent on experience, education, geography, and other factors.
