- 200 Wolf Road Colonie Ctr - Responsibilities:
Assist customers in all aspects of total store fulfillment, including Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS) and order pickups;
Proficient in all systems needed to complete transactions and maintain organized collection area for friction-free customer pickup;
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting shopping space and assist with curbside delivery of BOPS orders;
Support team by learning about new arrivals, top-selling items, and promotions to engage customers confidently;
Provide genuine hospitality, greet customers, and build lasting relationships through service excellence
