Lush is seeking a Part Time Floor Leader to support the Store Management Team at Crossgates Mall. You will drive sales, lead a team of Sales Ambassadors on the shop floor, and ensure an exceptional customer experience while modelling Lush values.
You will also manage cash handling, opening/closing procedures, and store operations, training staff, and maintaining visual merchandising. The role requires at least 1 year in customer service and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
