Supervise store staff in absence of manager or Operations Supervisor to ensure smooth store operations;
Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, assisting with questions/concerns, and handling complaints in line with policy;
Maintain customer confidentiality and promote a positive shopping experience;
Manage opening and closing procedures when required;
Price merchandise, stock shelves, execute displays, and manage inventory and merchandising per planograms (POGs)
