As a Customer Service Associate, you’ll be the face of The UPS Store, ensuring every customer feels welcome and supported. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers with a smile and assisting them with their shipping, packaging, and printing needs.
• Providing expert advice on our range of services to help customers find the best solutions.
• Handling transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
• Receive, sort and place mail in mailboxes modules accurately.
• Record all sales transactions on POS and accurately process cash, check and credit card transactions. Print reports as requested.
• Pack contents for shipping using established procedures and products.
• Operate all other software packages.
• Receive and process packages for courier shipping, including lifting and weighting packages on scale, accessing Manifesting software, generating labels and retrieving from customer's vehicle when requested.
• Ordering and maintaining proper store inventory and working with vendors.
• Write documents for tracing and shipping claims.
• Assist in merchandising the center, including: stocking shelves with product, ensuring a clean and orderly appearance of product, maintaining appropriate inventory levels.
• Perform end of day Procedures including: closing POS systems and accounting for sales accurately and in accordance with Company policy and procedure.
• Operate copiers, fax machines, binding and cutting equipment and all other office machines in a safe, efficient and productive manner. Help customers with operate office equipment.
• General housekeeping duties.

• At least 3-5 years of experience in a customer service or retail role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting.
