Retail Sales Associate

Toy Republic is a vibrant, family-friendly toy store offering a wide selection of quality toys, collectibles, and unique gift items. We create a fun and welcoming shopping experience for all ages, and we’re looking for team members who are excited to be part of that mission.

• Greet every customer with warmth and enthusiasm. This is key.
• Assist shoppers in finding the perfect toy or gift
• Operate the register and process purchases.
• Keep shelves organized, fully stocked, and visually appealing
• Maintain clean, inviting product displays
• Handle restocking and basic inventory checks
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
• Host our live streams on What Not.
• Support in-store events, giveaways, workshops, and off-site promotions
• Be open to appearing in social media content (photos/videos)
• Film or create content for our store’s social media platforms

• Outgoing, energetic, and customer-focused
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Enjoys interacting with children and families
• Comfortable being on your feet and staying active during long shifts
• Familiar with basic POS systems (training provided)
• Creative and social media–savvy (a plus!)
• Bonus:
  Special talents: face painting, arts and crafts, etc.,

• Able to lift up to 40 lbs
• Able to stand/walk for up to 8 hours per shift
• Comfortable moving around the store and supporting store setup/cleanup as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour
