Merchandiser, Retail

As a Merchandiser with SAS Retail Services in Retail Operations, you'll execute in-store merchandising projects for major retailers and CPG brands. You will implement planograms, complete resets, new item setups, audits, and new store sets to improve on-shelf availability and drive sales. Working independently and in small teams, you'll stock, rotate, and organize product, ensure compliance with retailer standards, and document work using mobile reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute in-store merchandising for major retail clients following planograms and project direction
• Complete resets, new item setups, audits, and new store sets to ensure on-shelf availability
• Stock, face, rotate, and organize products to company and retailer standards
• Accurately report work completed, take photos, and submit documentation using mobile tools
• Communicate with store management and SAS team leads to coordinate project timelines
• Follow all safety, store, and SAS policies while working independently and in small teams
• Travel between assigned stores within territory; manage time and priorities effectively
• Identify and resolve basic on-shelf issues such as voids, misplacements, and out-of-stocks
• Maintain professional appearance and strong customer service with retailers and brand partners
• Participate in training to learn new client programs, tools, and merchandising standards
