Retail Sales Associate

Join the LEGO® Brand Retail team as a Sales Associate (Brick Specialist) at Crossgates Mall in Albany, NY and provide inspirational guest experiences in an interactive and vibrant store environment. We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic individuals to join us on a part‑time basis.

Exceed our guests’ expectations through fun and meaningful interactions.

• Greet every guest with a professional, courteous, and engaging manner, and perform all cash register functions.
• Provide a clean, safe, and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties and maintaining store displays in accordance with LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards.
• Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom, assist in receiving merchandise, maintain the stockroom to LEGO® Brand Retail standards, follow all safety regulations, and notify management of potential shortage situations.
• Resolve customer issues and report challenging situations to the manager.
• Use promotional materials and loyalty programs to enhance guest experience.

• Communicate effectively with team members and guests.
• Process information and merchandise through the register system.
• Work various hours, including nights and weekends as business requires.
• Freely access all areas of the store, including sales floor, stock areas, register areas, and loading dock.
• Physical requirements:
  
  continuous movement, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, standing for at least two hours, occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, ladder climbing, and lifting up to 30 lbs.
• Availability for up to 25 hours per week, including at least one weekend day and spanning at least three days (full 25 hours not required).

The hourly wage range is $17.25 to $18.25 based on responsibilities, market benchmarks, and location. Additional compensation details and benefits will be provided upon offer.
