Duties & Responsibilities- Develop and execute a strategic business plan for a geographical area to target, penetrate, and establish a network of relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders
- Effectively call on physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and other healthcare professionals across multiple medical subspecialties
- Manage hybrid relationships through a mix of in-person and virtual engagement, leveraging next-gen ways of working to maximize efficiency
- Effectively call on retail pharmacies, both chain and independent
- Utilize data sources to maximize strategies and efficiencies to capitalize on opportunities with the greatest ROI
- Attain or exceed assigned sales and profit goals
- Manage and track territory-specific information through a CRM system
- At least 3 years of pharmaceutical or healthcare industry sales experience
- Demonstrated growth in sales while managing your own territory with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Business acumen, understanding of clinical information, and ability to articulate a clinical sales message to healthcare providers
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and virtual engagement skills
- Ability to work with a CRM tool (e.g., Veeva)
- Independent, with the ability to work within a team
- Attention to detail and follow-through
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time
- Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, talk, and/or hear
- May occasionally climb stairs and/or ride elevators
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Ability to manipulate a keyboard, operate a telephone and hand-held devices
- Other miscellaneous job duties as required
