Role OverviewHoricon Solutions is seeking dynamic, driven, and entrepreneurial 1099 Sales Representatives to expand our presence in Albany/Utica/Syracuse. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in medical sales who thrive on building strong relationships and introducing innovative products to surgeons and healthcare facilities but open to associate‑level applicants eager to break into surgical device sales!
Responsibilities- Identify and engage with surgeons, operating room staff, and hospital administrators to promote Horicon Solutions’ portfolio.
- Educate customers on the clinical benefits and applications of our surgical devices and implants.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision‑makers in hospitals, surgical centers, and private practices.
- Achieve or exceed sales goals by developing and executing effective sales strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer support, including product demonstrations and in‑servicing.
- Maintain an in‑depth understanding of industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Proven experience in medical device sales, preferably surgical devices or implants OR associate‑level applicants eager to break into surgical device sales.
- Existing relationships with orthopedic, spine, or general surgeons (preferred).
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self‑motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel within the designated territory.
- High commission rates with uncapped earning potential.
