Full-Time | Albany Capital Region | Field-Based
$90,000–$200,000+ per year

Adirondack Basement Systems is looking for a motivated Sales Representative to meet with homeowners and provide customized foundation repair, waterproofing, crawl space, and concrete solutions.

This is an in-home, consultative sales role with company-provided appointments, uncapped earning potential, paid training, and a company vehicle.

No cold calling. No door knocking.

• Meet with homeowners on pre-scheduled appointments
• Inspect foundation, waterproofing, crawl space, and concrete concerns
• Educate customers on repair solutions
• Create customized proposals
• Build trust and guide homeowners through the sales process
• Follow up with customers and close sales

• Company-provided leads
• No cold calling
• $90,000–$200,000+ earning potential

Option 1 – Full Commission

• 9% commission on all sales
• Uncapped earning potential

Option 2 – Base + Commission

• $800/week base salary
• 4% commission on all sales
• Company vehicle provided

• Sales experience preferred, but not required
• Construction, home improvement, real estate, or customer service background is a plus
• Strong communication skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  
  Comfortable using technology and tablets
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record

• Ability to walk, climb ladders, kneel, and crawl
• Comfortable entering crawl spaces and inspecting homes
