Entry Level Software Sales Associate

About the Position

Software Sales Lead – Full‑Cycle Software Selling, 6‑Month Acceleration Program.

• Drive outbound prospecting to build qualified pipeline
• Execute multi‑channel outreach (phone, email, social)
• Learn our platform and sales motion through hands‑on coaching
• Build the skills needed for full cycle software selling
• Be immersed in real SaaS sales strategy—not just booking meetings

• 1–2 years of outbound sales experience (SaaS preferred)
• Associate's degree or equivalent experience
• Strong communicator with confidence driving conversations
• Passion for software and helping independent SMBs compete against the giants
• Motivated, coachable, competitive, and ready to grow
• Interested in progressing into software account management and closing deals
• Live in or near the city of the job posting with intent to visit local clients as needed

At the end of the 6‑month program, top performers are considered for Senior SAR.

The estimated on‑target earnings (OTE) for this role is $84,800 per year, with potential to earn more.
