Overview

Tully Rinckey PLLC, a national full-service law firm, is seeking a driven, sales-minded Client Relations Associate to join our Albany, NY office. This role is all about converting potential clients into new clients by identifying their needs, demonstrating the value of our services, and connecting them with the right attorney.

In this role, you’ll play a key role in bringing new clients to the firm, and your results will directly shape both firm growth and your compensation opportunities.

Flexibility with work hours is required. Availability during evenings and weekends is a must. In addition to a competitive base salary, incentive programs tied to performance can substantially increase your income.

  • Base compensation of $55,000 annually (paid hourly)
  • Two Schedules available:
    • Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm
    • Tuesday-Saturday 8:30am-5:30pm
Key Responsibilities
  • Convert potential clients into new clients by effectively presenting firm services and value.
  • Use inside sales, consultative selling, and client development techniques to drive new business.
  • Quickly identify client needs and match them with the appropriate attorney.
  • Manage and track prospects in the CRM system.
  • Schedule and facilitate attorney consultations.
  • Secure payment for consultations.
  • Proactively address client concerns to ensure successful conversion.
  • Consistently achieve—and aim to exceed—sales and client development goals.
Qualifications
  • Sales, inside sales, account executive, or business development experience preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, persuasion, and closing skills.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a results-driven, high-energy environment.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
