Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls using scripts to set qualified appointments.
- Follow up on customer inquiries.
- Set qualified sales appointments to keep our sales calendar full.
- Transfer customer calls to the appropriate staff or department.
- Provide customers with a dynamic presentation, informing them of product information.
- Have experience in sales, marketing or lead generation.
- Possess general computer knowledge (MS Office – Word, Excel) and be internet savvy.
- Be proactive about increasing sales, improving customer service skills, or impacting company success.
