ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO).
In this role, you will close sales and win new business within a defined territory. You will attend our award-winning training program and join a sales team that works with both new and existing clients to sell human resources solutions. Daily, you will cultivate relationships with Human Resources and executive decision-makers, set appointments, gather leads, and assess buyer needs to present the best ADP solutions.
You will manage multiple sales processes simultaneously, document them, and guide new business through implementation until it is up and running. As more deals close, you will reap the rewards of industry-leading compensation, benefits, and incentive trips. Leaders will support your career growth through continual training.

Work within a protected territory to close sales, win business, and reach sales goals by implementing a top-down sales strategy. - Turn Prospects into Loyal and Referring Clients

Recommend the right solutions to help clients solve real business needs and earn referral business by networking with existing and potential clients. - Deepen Relationships Across the ADP Family
:
Cross‑sell cloud‑based human resources solutions with other ADP associates to cultivate additional business within existing accounts. - Collaborate Daily
:
Serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners, and your network while demonstrating grace under pressure and the highest ethical standards.
– Required Qualifications
- Positive Self‑Starter
:
Upbeat, persistent, and able to cold‑call without fear of rejection. Manage time well, prioritize deliverables, multi‑task, and present ideas clearly in writing, in person, and over the phone. - Strategic Closer
:
Have an established network and experience carrying a quota in outside B2B sales. Demonstrated track record of closing sales, winning clients, and managing a territory and relationships. - Proven Winner
:
Ambitious spirit and thrive under pressure, motivating to hit and exceed sales quotas.
A college degree is great but not required. Other acceptable experience includes:
- Three years of B2B sales experience (preferably field sales) within a results-driven environment.
- Military experience – Veterans bring discipline, commitment, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to build a network and effectively use social media for sales.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on location, skills, and relevant experience. Additional compensation may include bonus, equity, or commissions. We offer the following benefits:

The compensation for this role is USD $44,800.00 – USD $97,200.00 per year. Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state and local laws.
