Casual Part‑Time – Sunglass Hut (Store #004144)

• Drive sales and build relationships, hitting sales targets.
• Develop expertise in vision, offering tailored advice and recommending eyewear solutions.
• Enhance skills through hands‑on training and collaboration with experienced professionals.
• Work closely with the team and leadership to maintain a positive, supportive environment.
• Create a welcoming store atmosphere by keeping the store clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Foster inclusion and respect for customers and colleagues.

• Passion for customer service; prior retail or customer‑service experience is a plus.
• Sales savvy—using communication skills to engage customers and drive sales.
• Tech‑savvy and detail‑oriented—comfortable with technology and accurate with transactions.
• Fashion forward—interest in eyewear and fashion trends to help customers find their look.
• Self‑motivated and adaptable—driven, resilient, and eager to learn in fast‑paced environments.

Pay range $16.00–$18.88 per hour, with a competitive bonus and/or commission plan. Benefits may include health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and various employee discounts.
