• Attend regular training and coaching sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.

• Nurture relationships through phone, email, and follow-up systems to maintain client engagement.
• Manage and update client information in the CRM for accurate and efficient record-keeping.
• Track activity and progress toward team goals to ensure alignment with our collective objectives.
• Collaborate with team members to foster a supportive and growth-oriented environment.

• Experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proven track record of setting and achieving personal or professional goals, showcasing your drive and determination.
• Familiarity with CRM systems or willingness to learn, ensuring accurate and efficient client record-keeping.
