Job TitleCash Management Services Specialist I
Here's How You'll Make An ImpactResponsible for researching, developing and/or updating products and services in support of the Business Services department.
- Develop, perform, support and maintain products and services of Cash Management Services department including, but not limited to:
Business Banker, ACH Origination, Manual Direct Deposit, Positive Pay, Debit Review, Account Analysis, Account Reconciliation, Sweep Accounts, and Lock Box. - Provides technical assistance and product support to Business clients.
- Responds to and completes, in a timely manner, support requests submitted by bank employees and external clients.
- Assist in the completion of requests for services.
- Solicits new business from existing and prospective clients; make business development calls and maintains ongoing business relationships with existing clients for prospective cross-selling opportunities.
- Makes presentations of business services/products to various individuals or groups; cross-sell business services/products; arrange meetings with other company personnel as appropriate.
- Maintains specialized knowledge of the NACHA rules as they apply to Business Clients that originate ACH transactions.
- Audit ACH Originating and Remote Deposit Capture business clients to determine rule compliance.
- Complete all daily/assigned work efficiently, timely and accurately.
- Protects the privacy of internal confidential information and ensures all procedures are being followed to safeguard any client non-public information.
- Conforms to General Performance Expectations as identified for all employees.
- Associates Degree in Business preferred;
- Specialized training in company products preferred
- Minimum of two years' experience and/or formal training in related position
- Proficient interpersonal skills, sales and communication skills in dealing with clients and all levels of management;
- Proficient problem solving and analytical skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, computer software and operating systems
- Ability to travel and Valid Driver's License required

Salary Range $20 to $31 hourly
Compensation offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education and, where applicable, licenses or certifications obtained.
