Location: City of Albany
NFP is seeking an Account Manager to manage a portfolio of client relationships and deliver outstanding service across cross-functional teams. You will combine technology-enabled processes with personalized support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
You’ll work with Account Executives and Advisors, prepare proposals, review plans, and contribute to renewal strategies while developing relationships with carriers and service providers to better serve clients in a dynamic environment.
