Our client is a well established, locally owned high end kitchen and bath showroom in the Albany area, part of a national network of independently owned companies. That gives them the resources and stability of a large organization with the culture and autonomy of a local business. Customers try fixtures in dedicated experience rooms before they buy, and the team are trained experts on the newest products and best practices.

A high end showroom sales role serving a professional, design focused clientele. You would help customers bring their kitchen and bathroom projects to life, guiding them through faucets, fixtures, toilets, and bath accessories from the showroom floor through the finished order. As their current Showroom Salesperson retires, you would step in, learn the accounts, and grow into a full time Showroom Salesperson who owns those relationships.

• Sell high end kitchen and bath products in the showroom, in person and by phone
• Greet and guide walk in customers, and make outbound calls to grow the business
• Own every quote and order with care and accuracy, from first visit to final delivery
• Follow through on sales that carry a long timeline
• Take over and build on the accounts of their retiring salesperson
• Work closely with the team to keep the experience consistent and best in class

• A genuine, people first approach and standout customer service
• Strong follow through and sharp attention to detail on every order
• A team first attitude, comfortable working under a leader
• An entrepreneurial mindset, always growing yourself and the business
• Interest in high end kitchen and bath design (a design background is a plus, not required)

• A choice of base and commission structures to match how you like to sell (hourly base plus commission on collected gross margin)
