Role Description The Associate Territory Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Albany, New York Metropolitan Area. This role supports territory growth by promoting EMSI's non-invasive pain and muscle rehabilitation devices to healthcare providers and clinical staff. Daily responsibilities include conducting office visits, product demonstrations, and in-service trainings, as well as managing follow-up activities to ensure appropriate product utilization and patient support.
The Associate Territory Manager assists with territory planning, tracks sales activities, maintains accurate records in CRM tools, and collaborates closely with senior territory managers and internal teams. The role also involves building strong professional relationships, responding to customer inquiries, and representing EMSI at local meetings or events as needed.

Because this role involves working directly with patients, performing fittings, and serving as an extension of the patient's care team, we want someone who takes pride in creating a positive, professional, and compassionate patient experience.

Previous sales experience is not required. We are more focused on finding someone with strong people skills, compassion for patients, organization, work ethic, and the drive to learn and grow.
