Toshiba Business Solutions’ Sales Managers manage a group of business-to-business sales professionals responsible for selling Toshiba’s full line of office solutions including high-speed digital copier/printers, full copier/printers, software (Document Capture, Document Management Services, Document Delivery, and Digital Signage) and other non-Toshiba products to meet established revenue objectives for the Team.What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop a high-performing sales team to drive revenue growth, market share, and new business within an assigned territory.
- Drive prospecting, pipeline management, lead conversion, and forecasting to achieve team sales goals and quotas.
- Coach and enforce sales excellence through KPI management, sales processes, territory planning, and industry knowledge development.
- Build strong client relationships by identifying business needs, presenting solutions, and delivering exceptional customer experience.
- Monitor team performance, analyze sales results, and implement strategies to improve outcomes and address challenges.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- 5 years outside sales experience in a business-to-business environment. Demonstrated entrepreneurial experience with a goal-driven focus. Demonstrated success in managing sales professionals (Industry experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of how a business operates internally.
- Client-facing skills and effective selling to an executive, owner, and/or decision maker with a client approach. Proven accomplishment measured against revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Requires a valid driver’s license and reliable insured vehicle.
$175,000 first year earning potential, $65k-$85K base salary, plus uncapped commission, expense, manufacturer incentives, and bonus potential
