Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Represent the company and its brand in a professional and welcoming manner
• Warmly welcome every guest as they enter the showroom and create a positive first impression.
• Check-in guests efficiently and accurately.
• Gather basic information about each guest and understand the reason for their visit.
• Seamlessly connect guests with the appropriate salesperson or team member.
• Hands out brochures and other information to customers.
• Serves as a telephone and clerical back-up.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and staff.
• Maintain a friendly, approachable, and professional presence throughout the shift.
• Keep the showroom clean, organized, tidy, and presentable at all times.
• Maintain strong situational awareness paying attention to guests entering the showroom, customer needs, and overall showroom activity.
• Monitor the flow of guests and proactively assist when someone appears to need help.
• Support the sales team by ensuring guests are greeted promptly and directed appropriately.
• Assist with general showroom organization and other tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• 2 years customer service experience
• Available to work Saturdays as needed
• Computer Software knowledge
• Prior Dealership experience is a plus!
• Ability to stay focused on the entrance doors and acknowledge customers
• Must maintain a clean, well-groomed appearance that aligns with corporate showroom standards.
• Ability to stay calm, multitask, and maintain a pleasant composure in a high customer volume fast paced environment.
