** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients and shoppers by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as directed.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate personnel and documenting actions taken.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floor, entrances, loading areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.

+ Monitor for policy violations and unusual behavior, provide clear verbal direction when appropriate, and report concerns to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.

+ Complete shift reports, incident reports, and daily activity logs accurately and in a timely manner, including observations from patrols and interactions with the public.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
