Security Officer Dispatch

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a retail location;
Monitor radios, telephones, alarms, and/or camera systems to receive calls for service, document activity, and communicate information to on-site personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner;
Dispatch security-related personnel to incidents, service requests, and critical situations, helping to support timely communication and coordinated response across the location;
Maintain detailed logs, incident reports, and shift activity records, and relay pertinent information to supervisors, mall management, and/or local responders as needed;
Support regular and random patrol activity by tracking officer status, prioritizing calls, and communicating post instructions for interior common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations
