As an Insurance Fraud Surveillance Analyst, you will conduct both stationary and mobile surveillance across the nation. Our dedicated team of meticulous agents has amassed thousands of hours of video evidence, capturing claimant activities—from daily errands to extreme sports—contributing significantly to saving our clients millions on fraudulent claims.

KeyQualifications:
- Valid Driver's License required.
- Current Private Investigator (PI) License preferred; experience in a licensed PI firm may suffice.
- Must have or secure Auto Insurance with coverage limits of 100/300/100.
- Personal Computer with MS Word is necessary.
- Personal Digital Surveillance Camera required.
- Proficient in using surveillance equipment and technology.
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is essential; an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice or a related field is preferred.
- Prior mobile surveillance experience is highly valued.
- Willingness to travel for Full‑Time positions is required.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Capable of observing and conducting surveillance for 8-10 hours daily.
- Weekend availability is necessary based on surveillance needs.
- Keen observational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to clearly convey findings.
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism when handling confidential information.
Duties Include:
- Adhering to all established protocols and legal requirements during surveillance operations.
- Maintaining a discreet presence while observing subjects and their daily routines.
- Accurately documenting and reporting findings and incidents.
- Conducting mobile surveillance with a variety of monitoring equipment.
- Effectively operating and troubleshooting surveillance technology.
- Maintaining confidentiality regarding sensitive information obtained during investigations.
- Preparing and submitting detailed reports within 48 hours post‑surveillance.
- Participating in ongoing training to enhance surveillance skills and stay updated with industry standards.
- Supporting the organization’s security objectives through additional assigned duties.
