Security Officer Enhanced Dispatcher

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, tenants, shoppers, and/or visitors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Monitor communications systems, alarms, cameras, and/or telephone or radio traffic to receive calls for service and dispatch personnel to reported incidents throughout the location;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, gathering key details, documenting activity, and relaying updates to appropriate personnel and/or first responders;
Maintain detailed logs, incident reports, and shift activity records to support daily operations and help address security-related concerns at the location;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as needed, while coordinating with onsite personnel regarding suspicious activity, access concerns, and/or after-hours issues
