- MUST BE AVAILABLE WEEKENDS - Albany, NY | Full-Time/Part Time | $40-45.00/hour (based on experience )
Maximum Security is hiring retired law enforcement officers for full-time, steady-shift armed greeter positions at a new storefront opening in the Albany area. This is a professional, customer-facing role ideal for retired LEOs who want consistent hours, a stable schedule, and a post-career opportunity.
What you'll do
- Greet customers and maintain a visible, professional armed security presence at the entrance
- Monitor the premises and respond to issues calmly and appropriately
- Coordinate with on-site management and fellow security staff
- Provide a welcoming first impression while ensuring a safe environment for customers and staff
What we are looking for
- Retired law enforcement officer (municipal, county, state, or federal)
- Must be available weekends
- Authorized to carry on duty (NY pistol permit or LEOSA / HR 218 qualified)
- Strong interpersonal and de-escalation skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance
