** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and staff at a commercial real estate location while carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.

+ Serve as a professional front desk presence by greeting visitors, verifying access authorization, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining accurate visitor records.

+ Monitor building access points, cameras, alarms, and other security-related systems; report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and access-control issues to appropriate personnel.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, tenant concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.

+ Receive and route calls, deliveries, and inquiries; communicate clearly with property management, tenants, emergency responders, and Allied Universal leadership as needed.

* + Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
