Heavy Equipment Lead Diesel Technician

Schedule: Monday - Friday, Day Shift (OT as needed)

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain Company and customer-owned heavy equipment
• Work on excavators, wheel loaders, drill rigs, crushing & screening plants, and more
• Troubleshoot diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, transmissions, and drive trains
• Support and lead other shop technicians when needed
• Communicate clearly with Service and Parts Departments
• Keep accurate service and repair records
• Work safely, efficiently, and with pride in the finished job

• 7+ years of heavy equipment or diesel repair experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read hydraulic and electrical schematics
• Comfortable using laptop diagnostics and service software
• Own tools
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Field or road service experience is a plus

Excavators, wheel loaders, drills, crushing & screening plants, articulated trucks, hydraulic breakers, and road wideners - including Link-Belt, Hitachi, Rammer, Rokbak, Sandvik, and Anaconda
