Position Summary
We're looking for a dependable and skilled Crew Lead to oversee residential roofing projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with a variety of roofing systems and proven leadership ability to manage a small team on-site while ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and replace residential roofing systems
• Supervise and direct a crew of roofers on job sites
• Coordinate daily work tasks and maintain project schedules
• Communicate effectively with homeowners and management
• Ensure all work meets company standards and manufacturer specifications
• Enforce safety procedures and promote safe practices on-site
• Provide training and guidance to new or less experienced roofers
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of residential roofing experience
• Prior experience leading or managing a roofing crew
• Strong knowledge of roofing tools, materials, and techniques
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor conditions
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
