What'sRequired
- Experience in maintenance, painting, and basic carpentry
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building systems
- Your own tools and a clean driving record
- A strong work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Ability to participate in a rotating on-call schedule (with overtime pay)
