Pool Service Technician Position Opening:
Looking for experienced applicants

ASP, the largest swimming pool franchising company, is currently hiring. This position will provide pool service, repair, and renovation/construction to customer accounts. This is a great opportunity to become part of a team and to work within the swimming pool business.

• Repair and renovate/build swimming pools and all pool equipment, including pumps, heaters, filters, timers, blowers, lights, chlorinators, and plumbing.
• Renovate pools and pool decks (liners, pavers, demolition).
• Provide a small amount of cleaning pools during training if no pool experience.

High School Degree Preferred

• 1 year of pool service experience (verifiable field experience) or will train candidates with background in electrical/plumbing/HVAC trades (min 2 years).

• Knowledge and experience with Pentair, Intermatic and other automation systems.
• Knowledge and experience with electrical 120-240V, changing motors/capacitors.
• Knowledge and experience with schedule 40 plumbing.
• Knowledge and experience with filters both cartridge and sand (able to change 1000lbs per month).
• Ability to comfortably lift and carry 50 pounds perhaps multiple times a day.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; driving record will need to be acceptable to our insurance company, which generally requires less than 6 points within the past 5 years with no major offenses (DUI, reckless/negligent driving, hit & run, etc.).
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Reasonable proximity to workplace. Pay DOE.

Compensation: $36,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
