The Technician-1 role is a full-time, on-site position located in Albany, NY. In this role, daily responsibilities may include performing preventive maintenance and repairs on vehicles and equipment, conducting inspections to diagnose mechanical issues, and ensuring operational safety and compliance standards are met. Additional tasks may involve maintaining service records, handling tools and diagnostic equipment, and collaborating with team members to ensure efficient fleet operations.

• Technical skills:
  Ability to diagnose mechanical issues, perform repairs, and conduct preventive maintenance on vehicles and equipment
• Operational skills:
  Knowledge of safety protocols, compliance standards, and use of tools and diagnostic equipment
• Organizational skills:
  Ability to maintain accurate service records and prioritize tasks effectively
• Collaboration skills:
  Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team environment
• Additional qualifications:
  
  High school diploma or equivalent, certification or experience in automotive or diesel mechanics, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks
