Legends - 55 Eagle Street - Responsibilities:
Work with the events manager and show management to ensure that all electrical needs are met for shows;
Perform preventative maintenance related projects to the buildings electrical, Fire, HVAC, and plumbing systems;
Troubleshoot all electrical problems as they occur;
Monitor all electrical inventory and supplies and work with management on ordering and replenishing supplies as needed;
Operate and maintain computerized fire alarm and lighting systems
