Operate, monitor, and maintain arena HVAC systems including RTUs, AHUs, VAVs, exhaust/make-up air, and associated controls;
Operate and maintain chiller/boiler plant equipment including pumps, valves, and hydronic distribution systems;
Support event operations by pre-conditioning spaces to setpoints, monitoring comfort during events, and adjusting schedules/airflow for crowd load;
Monitor the building automation system (ALC), respond to alarms, and trend/adjust setpoints and schedules to optimize comfort and efficiency;
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC mechanical and controls issues to restore service quickly and minimize event disruption
