Key Job Responsibilities- Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
- Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers. Use tools such as cutting guns, plasma cutters, hydraulic jacks, hammers, and pliers.
- Perform dent and damage repair techniques, including hammering, filler resins, and structural realignment.
- Remove damaged sections and replace with new or aftermarket parts, including glass and windshield replacement.
- Repaint vehicles with factory-specified paint or agreed‑upon equivalents.
- Attempt to complete work orders within labor time guidelines and inspect vehicles after repair.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Successful completion of a technical school program or a 3‑year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer.
- Ability to read job orders and work with very little supervision.
- Ability to work with other repairers within an auto body shop.
- Thorough understanding of methods and procedures for vehicle body repair.
- Thorough understanding of how to use tools required for the trade.
- Must work safely in a noisy area with many odors present.
- Must lift up to 30 pounds at times.
- Must visually inspect vehicle damage in various weather conditions.
- Must bend, stretch, kneel, and squat to perform repairs and inspections.

Flat rate:
Estimated $65,000 – $125,000+ per year. Compensation is commensurate with skill, education, and experience.
Sign‑on bonus:
Up to $5,000 available for qualified candidates.
