** Pay: $27 /hour.*

** Responsibilities*
* + Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems including pipes, valves, fixtures, drains, and water heaters

+ Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues such as leaks, clogs, and pressure problems

+ Perform preventative maintenance on plumbing systems and equipment

+ Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings

+ Inspect plumbing systems and identify required repairs or improvements

+ Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal plumbing codes and regulations

+ Repair or replace fixtures such as sinks, toilets, faucets, and drains

+ Respond to emergency plumbing issues, including after-hours service calls if required

+ Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used

+ Coordinate with other trades and team members to complete projects efficiently

+ Follow all safety procedures and OSHA guidelines

** Qualifications*
* + Must have a Valid Driver's License

+ 3+ years of plumbing experience in commercial, industrial, or facilities environments

+ Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and repair techniques

+ Ability to troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues independently

+ Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams

+ Strong problem-solving and time management skills

+ Good communication and customer service skills
