• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on hotside equipment, including ovens, grills, fryers, and steamers
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues and make necessary repairs
• Install new equipment and ensure it is functioning properly
• Keep accurate records of service calls and equipment maintenance
• Communicate with customers to provide updates on service calls and answer any questions or concerns
• Work closely with the sales team to provide technical support and assist with equipment demonstrations
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in hotside equipment technology
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies

• High school diploma or equivalent required, technical school or certification in commercial kitchen equipment repair preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial kitchen equipment repair, with a focus on hotside equipment
• Strong knowledge of electrical, gas, and steam systems
• Ability to read schematics and technical manuals
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment, up to 50 pounds

• Competitive hourly pay, $30-$35 per hour, with the potential for overtime
• Annual salary range of $62,800 - $72,000, based on experience and qualifications
