Electrician

As we expand, we’re looking for skilled electricians who want to grow with us and help power the future.

We’re seeking experienced Electricians to join our field team on solar construction projects. The ideal candidate is safety‑focused, reliable, and has experience with electrical installations in commercial, industrial, or solar environments.

• Install conduit (PVC, EMT, RMC), wire, and cable tray systems
• Pull and terminate DC and AC wiring (string wiring, combiner boxes, inverters, transformers)
• Perform grounding and bonding of PV systems
• Interpret blueprints and electrical schematics
• Follow all safety and electrical codes (NEC)
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work area
• Collaborate with crew members, apprentices, and foremen

• Licensed Electrician or equivalent
• 2+ years of electrical experience (solar preferred, not required)
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Safety tickets: OSHA 10, First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions and travel to site if needed
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to lead or mentor apprentices
