• Able to follow direction of on-site supervisor and complete tasks with little or no supervision
• Able to communicate effectively with staff and customers
• Polite, presentable, and courteous to customers and co-workers
• Able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• Able to wear full face and half face respirator
• Able to complete required training both on the job and in the office
• Comfortable with technology (iPad, iPhone, etc.)

• Valid driver's license with a reasonable driving record
• Available to respond to emergency calls after hours

• Experience in water/fire mitigation, restoration/construction a plus but not required

• IICRC certifications (WRT; ASD; FRST)

• Arrive at work on time and properly dressed
• Respond to service calls as needed
• Communicate with Crew Chief
• Perform cleanup and restoration services at residential and commercial properties affected by water/fire/mold damage
• Duties include, but not limited to: water extraction, demolition such as removal of drywall/plaster, baseboards, flooring, moving furniture and other household items, use of hand and power tools, and use of specialized equipment
• Load and unload trucks with equipment and debris
• Maintain a clean and orderly jobsite
• Ensure that customer needs and expectations are exceeded
• Adhere to strict uniform policy
• Clean and maintain vehicles, equipment, and warehouse
