Can Earn An Additional $700 Bi-Weekly With Efficiency Bonuses Weekly Pay
Responsibilities- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial trailers on-site.
- Perform mobile road calls and in-yard service, completing detailed work orders.
- Inspect, service, and repair trailer bodies, systems, and components.
- Conduct preventative maintenance on semi-trucks and trailers.
- Repair and replace hubs, axles, brakes, tires, suspension, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Perform welding/fabrication and other structural repairs.
- Ensure all equipment meets DOT safety and compliance requirements.
- Document repairs, inspections, and findings for management and billing.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond quickly to client needs.
- 5+ years of proven trailer repair experience.
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
- Ability to lift 100+ lbs.
- Basic computer skills for repair order submission.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must provide own tools and have reliable transportation.

- Welding experience/certification.
- Technical school degree or training.
- Class A CDL.
- Schedule: Monday–Friday with rotating on-call.
- Overtime Pay: Time and a half + $100 bonus for after hours work.
- Pay Bonuses: Up to $700 extra Bi-weekly with efficiency bonuses.
