Forklift​/Yard Operator CP

Overview

We are seeking a reliable Forklift/Switcher Operator to join our team at the Albany, MO facility. This role supports yard operations and ensures efficient movement of materials.

• Operate forklifts and yard equipment safely and efficiently.
• Transport, unload, and properly store materials in the yard.
• Inspect and secure products prior to movement.
• Assist with inventory management and order placement.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures and protocols.

• Experience operating forklifts or willingness to learn.
• Ability to operate or learn yard switcher equipment with flatbed trailers.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Experience with RF scanners/order picking is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Shift & Pay:
- 2nd

Shift: Monday – Friday | 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM $20 an hour
- 1st

Shift: Monday – Friday | 7 AM – 3:30 PM (overtime available)
Training conducted on 1st shift.
