Communio Properties seeks an Entry-Level Maintenance Technician in Albany, NY to maintain the community’s physical integrity and curb appeal. The role combines hands-on tasks—light plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair—with strong resident service, ensuring move-in readiness and timely maintenance response.
You will work under the Property Manager and Lead Maintenance Supervisor, mentored to expand technical skills and reliability for after-hours emergency calls.
