The Restoration Technician works as part of a team of emergency service providers to perform detailed cleaning and restoration services most often after a water or fire event in a residential home or business. By providing quality, consistent, and efficient work; the Restoration Technician represents the best in the cleanup and restoration industry. Primary Responsibilities:- Perform detailed drying and cleaning procedures in homes and businesses.
- Assist in loading the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project.
- Help maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and clean equipment appearance.
- Assist to prepare rooms/areas for work activities. Set up staging area and equipment for each project.
- Adhere to company and OSHA safety and risk management guidelines at all times.
- Communicate with Crew leaders, Project Managers, and other teammates to maintain efficient work processes
- Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown. Leave jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance
- Bi-Lingual would be a BIG plus!
- Dependable and Reliable A MUST
- Be available to be on "after-hours-on-call" once every 4-6 weeks
- Effective understanding of basic English oral and written communication
- Basic math and comfort level with learning new technologies
- Experience in cleaning would be beneficial and preferred
- High school diploma/GED
- MUST have a valid state-issued drivers license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., under cabinets, attics, crawl spaces)
- Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
- Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
- Ability to work in cold or hot conditions
- Ability to travel locally and occasionally out of state during major storm events
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
- Working on a team
- Competitive hourly wage - commensurate with experience - annual reviews
- OT for all hours per week over 40 (most techs work 45-50 hours per week)

Pay Rate: Starts at $16.50 - $18/hour based on experience, with possibility of overtime pay, and increases based on merit and achieving industry certifications (which the company will pay for).
Compensation: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour

Hours: Full time Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm + after-hours on-call rotation as required
