Location: City of Albany
Rose Associates is seeking a highly motivated Residential Property Handyperson to join our on-site maintenance team in New York. You will perform a variety of repairs in residential units, from plumbing and electrical to HVAC, appliances and carpentry, ensuring safety and comfort for residents.
The role requires awareness of safety protocols, knowledge of building codes, and proficiency with MS Office and Yardi software. EPA 608 certification is preferred or obtainable.
