Zones is seeking a VoIP Technician to support client sites from Albany north to Saratoga Springs. You will install, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco Call Manager, Avaya and NEC systems, and provide voice and fax network care across premises.
You’ll work in the NOC and on-site at various locations, delivering strong customer service and timely issue resolution. A technical degree and hands-on telecom tools are required, with travel between sites.
