Compensation:$20 - $24per hour (based on experience)
Schedule:Full-Time | Monday-Friday |8:00AM-4:30 PM

What You'll Do- Perform apartment maintenanceandrepairs,and preventative maintenance
- Complete painting, drywall repair, finish carpentry, and general repairs
- Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and building systems
- Prepare apartments for new residents
- Assist with kitchen and bathroom renovation projects
- Maintain the appearance and safety of apartment communities
- Deliver excellent customer service while interacting with residents
- Experience in apartment maintenance, property maintenance, facilities maintenance, or related trades
- Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general building maintenance
- Own basic hand tools
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Reliable, dependable, and team oriented
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work indoors and outdoors as needed
- Competitive hourly pay:$20-$24
per hour - Full-time Monday-Friday schedule
- Rotating on-call schedule with
additional on-call stipend
